As you will read, I am a Marketing and process expert in the Memphis, TN area.

I went through one of the hardest, darkest times in the 2022-2023. One thing God laid on my heart was a calling me to share my experiences with others so people will know they are not alone.

Anxiety and fear are debilitating and risk taking everything from you if you allow it to overpower you, but you do not have to fight it alone.

Isaiah 42:6 says "I am the Lord. I have called you for a righteous purpose and I will hold you by your hand. I will watch over you, and I will appoint you to be a covenant for the people and a light to the nations."

This verse changed me in so many ways. It found me a the darkest of dark and helped me to find a way to hear God again... I was so far in the wilderness, I didn't know which way was up. If my experiences can help even one person to do the same, all of this was worth it.
